Conditions of Enrolment
Upon enrolment, parents/guardians/carers sign a Student Enrolment Agreement, which states the terms and conditions under which the student is enrolled at Townsville Catholic Education schools/colleges. This includes general enrolment terms, financial terms and privacy conditions.From time to time, these conditions may be updated, due to changes to legislative requirements, Diocesan policy or introduction of new processes and systems.
Parents/guardians/carers are encouraged to read the enrolment terms below, which were updated in January 2024.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

Agreement refers to this Student Enrolment Agreement.

College shall have the same meaning as school, and visa versa.

I/we shall include any person whose details are listed in Section 2 of this Agreement.

Parents meant the student’s parent/s, carer/s or legal guardian/s, who are responsible for the student’s education.

Principal means the Principal or acting Principal of the school and includes any person from time to time acting, delegated or nominated as principal, carrying out the duties or exercising the authority of the principal.

School is a reference to the systemic schools and colleges operating under the auspices of The Roman Catholic Trust Corporation for the Diocese of Townsville.

School Fees (or fees) refers to all school fees, charges, levies and/or building fund contributions.
- Student means the person whose details are listed in Section 1 of this Agreement.
